A Good Feeling

Hello loves! 

This is an outfit I wore a a couple weekends ago when Fatima was in town (Vancouver) for what felt like a whirlwind of 2 days. She had stopped by on her way home from a business trip in Calgary; for those of you non-Canadians, that's a hop and a skip away from Vancouver (aka 1.5 hour flight). 

Although we only had a few hours to catch up face to face, we made the most of it with one of our other closest friends over sushi (which our said friend definitely did not enjoy as much as us!). We topped it off with tea accompanied by some sinful desserts. 

Like I said, even though we had only a few hours to spend, it reminded me why quality is so important. We put away our phones (for the most part - minus a few Instagram moments, group selfies and the occasional 'emergency' texts) and simply enjoyed each other's companies. Listening to how we've all grown so much in the past year to catching up on family stories... it definitely left me with a good feeling!
